The non-governmental organization "Ukrainians of the Netherlands: European labour and social rights" hereinafter - (NGO) was created in accordance with the Constitution of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and legislative acts adopted in accordance with it. The organization acts on the basis of the Charter, other valid legislation of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and defines the legal basis of the organization and activities of the public organization.
The organization is a non-governmental, non-profit, non-entrepreneurial, non-political public organization.
Organization of activities on the basis of self-government, democracy, openness, transparency and publicity, equality of members and founders and in accordance with current legislation.
The organization is a legal entity. The organization can, on its own behalf, acquire property and personal non-property rights and bear obligations, be a plaintiff and a defendant in court. The organization has the right to open current and other accounts in bank institutions, has a seal, stamps, letterhead, and symbols, samples of which are approved by the Board of Directors, and symbols are registered in accordance with the procedure established by law.
